Production Time

3–5 business days for production/processing. Each item is handmade in our studio. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time (after production)

Domestic (Continental US): Typically 1–4 business days
International: Typically 4–6 weeks (may be longer due to customs, local regulations, or quarantine requirements)

Estimated delivery window: Usually 4–9 days from order date within the continental US (Production + Shipping).

Please note: The “Ship By” date is when your package leaves our studio. The “Delivery” date is when it arrives to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our studio, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend added insurance and/or signature confirmation at checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
