Return Eligibility

  • Christmas items and sale items are NON-RETURNABLE.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • For eligible items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide a valid return tracking ID once you ship the item back.
  3. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll refund the original purchase price to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Return labels/fees are not provided. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the item you want.
